SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Frost & Glitter! We know how important it is for your holiday decorations to arrive on time to bring festive cheer to your home. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 or Free for orders over $50 | Estimated delivery: 6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 | Estimated delivery: 4 business days

3. HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES 🎄

Because our products are highly seasonal, we want to ensure your Christmas decorations arrive before the big day. To receive your order by December 24th, please place your orders by the following dates:

  • Standard Shipping: Order by December 10th

  • Expedited Shipping: Order by December 15th

Orders placed after these cut-off dates are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at elishadelarivaguhbyd9@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

6. MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we take great care in packaging our delicate holiday ornaments and decor, damages can occasionally occur in transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at elishadelarivaguhbyd9@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: [Store name] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property or with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applicable in their country.
  • Tracking: International orders include tracking when available, but delivery updates may be less frequent.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Certain fragile holiday ornaments may not be eligible for international shipping. Check the product page for details.
